REGEN 101 COURSE ONLINE

XR ACT is hosting Regen 101 online.  EVERYONE IS REGEN CREW.  This is a wonderful introduction to those new to XR and an essential experience for those who are involved in actions. This is an online version of the original 6-hour workshop and will be covered over 3 x 2-hour sessions on Saturday 13, 20 and 27 June from 5 pm to 7 pm . The three parts are: 

• Part 1 Earth Emotions and Regenerative Culture
• Part 2 Intersectionality, self-care & burnout
• Part 3 Action care & emotional debriefing

The Regen 101 Workshop was created in response to the need for XR Working Groups, and the wider community, to understand Regenerative Culture as an essential strategy for Extinction Rebellion. As a workshop, it is experiential, practical and educational. The Regen 101 Booklet can be downloaded here and is intended as a supportive reference as well as a valuable, stand-alone resource for Regenerative Culture. It is useful to read the booklet before attending the sessions.  

Attendance at all three sessions is essential for those who wish to go on to become Regen 101 facilitators.  SPACE IS LIMITED and will be opened up to rebels across Australia, so please book ASAP if you wish to attend. Cost:  We invite online donations made when you book, on a sliding scale depending what you can afford, starting with a minimum payment of $5AUD.  However, we don’t want anyone to miss out, and it is not compulsory to make a donation when booking. We will provide a link for donations in your confirmation email.
