You will be familiar with the difficult conversations that we need to have as we face the climate and ecological crisis the world is in. The Extinction Rebellion UK 2020 strategy recognises the need for better listening - to the communities of which we are a part and to each other. We need to embody the change we want to see: regenerative and adaptive communities.
Learn how non violent communication can assist XR ACT in all of our work including:
- making connections
- managing conflict
- team work
- outreach
- direct action.
People who practice non violent communication have found:
- greater authenticity in their communication
- Increased understanding of others and themselves
- deepening connections
- ability to help resolve conflicts.
